Both times i was told that the feed was successfully submitted. It can take 24 to 72 hours for apple to process the submission, in our experience. It takes a couple of days for apple to review your podcast for publication.

It's also possible you have reviews in one of the other 154 itunes stores, and you're not checking the right one.
